ESTELITE OMEGA®
Premium Polychromatic Composite
Simplifying Highly Esthetic Restorations
Estelite Omega is a premium polychromatic universal composite system conceptualized and crafted to simplify highly esthetic restorations. Using only 11 composite shades, dentists can accurately recreate the look and feel of every unique smile down to the smallest fissures and mamelons.
Built on the foundation of Tokuyama’s patented spherical filler particles (82% by weight/ 71% by volume), Estelite Omega allows a more natural recreation of tooth anatomy and excellent polishability.
Estelite Omega was developed in collaboration with Dr. Newton Fahl, Jr. Dr. Newton Fahl has earned numerous dental industry awards, including the American Academy of Esthetic Dentistry 2008 President’s Award for Best Teacher and the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry 2011 Excellence in Cosmetic Dental Education Award. By combining Tokuyama’s advanced technology with Dr. Fahl’s extensive knowledge on esthetics in restorative dentistry, Estelite Omega allows dentists to recreate nature.

ESTELITE COMPOSITES
Spherical Filler Technology
Developed over 25 years ago by Tokuyama’s Research & Development Team in Japan, Estelite’s spherical filler particles have won numerous awards for delivering superior benefits to Dentists and patients alike. With an average particle size of 200 nanometers (supra-nano), the spherical filler particles are the foundation to delivering simple, lasting and beautiful results.
Other dental composite brands contain irregular shaped sized fillers, which interfere with polishability, shade blendability, and longevity. However, as a result of the revolutionary spherical filler technology, Estelite dental composites exhibit exceptional esthetics while maintaining excellent physical properties, a signature feature of Tokuyama Dental’s composites.

Shade guides created with composites provide the best match.
Body Enamel shades are more opaque than Milky-White shade and are less
opaque (more translucent) than Dentin shades. These shades are designed
for reconstructing the enamel layer.

IV, diastema closure, or as a final thicker layer (1 mm) in class I and II
restorations. It can also be used for characterization of facial aspect of the
restoration.
Trans shade is the most translucent. This shade
can be used for characterization of the incisal area and enamel surface.
Dentin shades are the most opaque. These shades
are designed for reconstructing the dentin layer.

“I use Estelite Sigma Quick and Estelite Omega everyday in my practice. For the more cosmetic anterior cases I use Estelite Omega combined with Estelite color to create beautiful polychromatic restorations. For all the other restorations I use Estelite sigma quick. Both composite systems have excellent handing properties, are very durable, and polish like a microfill!”
– Dr. Jim Peyton, Bakersfield, California
“When working with Estelite Omega, you can truly feel how smooth and creamy the composite is. The fact that there’s very little slumping when handling the material is another huge benefit. Another aspect of this composite system that I like is that their composites truly have a chameleon effect. The composite has a magical ability of becoming invisible and blends in perfectly with the surrounding natural tooth structure. I like the the K.I.S.S. principle. Estelite Omega keeps it simple by not having a more than 25 shade choices. You essentially have your enamel, dentin and then your enamel effects composites. Having a system with less than a handful of composites helps me keep my inventory costs under more control. I’ve used previous systems where there were really only a handful of those shades I was using anyway, come to discover as I’m doing an anterior composite case on a patient in the chair that we didn’t have any more of the A2 Body carpules left but had a boatload of D4 Body carpules (that coincidentally are about to expire in a month).“
